Before you start, make sure you have a clean, flat surface to work on. Cover it with newspaper or an old towel to protect against any spills.

Work in a well-ventilated area
The wick is what keeps your candle burning evenly. Getting this right is essential for a good candle.
Trim the wick to approximately 1-1.5 cm using scissors
Place the metal wick holder at the bottom center of your glass container
Use the wick sticker to secure the wick to the bottom of the jar
Balance the wick upright using a pencil or stick laid across the top
Using the double boiler method ensures safe, even melting and the best results for your candle.
Fill your pot with about 5 cm of water and bring to a gentle simmer
Place the wax flakes in your heat-safe container (about 100g for one jar)
Set the container in the simmering water and let the wax melt slowly
Stir gently until completely melted. Target temperature: 50-55°C

💡 Fragrance Amount Guide
Add 6-10 drops of fragrance oil per 100g of wax. Less for subtle, more for strong scent.
The final step before lighting! Pour carefully and then exercise some patience.
Let the wax cool to about 50-55°C before pouring (otherwise it may crack)
Pour slowly into your container, leaving about 1 cm from the top
DO NOT move or touch the candle for 4-6 hours
Wait 24 hours for the candle to fully cure before lighting
